Get ready for a true West Coast experience on our 3-day Tofino Adventure Tour! This student-favourite trip combines breathtaking nature, beach bonfires, and optional outdoor adventures like bear watching. Explore charming towns like Ucluelet and Tofino, hike coastal trails, and stand among the towering trees of Cathedral Grove. With two nights at a cozy lodge, daily breakfast, and a group dinner included, it’s the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. A bonfire with marshmallows and games on the beach makes it an experience you won’t forget!

Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Victoria to Ucluelet
- 7:45 am – Students arrive at Uplands Campus and check in with DCSA guides
- 8:00 am – Depart Victoria
- Lunch – Bring a packed lunch or purchase at Coombs Market
- Visit Coombs Market – don’t miss the famous goats on the roof for a photo!
- Walk the Little Qualicum Falls Trail – stunning waterfalls and forest scenery
- Check into your hotel in Ucluelet
- Group dinner included
- Evening bonfire and marshmallow roast at campground (weather permitting)
Day 2: Tofino and Ucluelet
- Bagged breakfast included
- Travel to Tofino
- Optional: Bear Watching Tour OR Surfing lesson
- Alternate activity: Guided easy walk to Tonquin Beach and free time to explore Tofino village and lunch (own expense)
- Free afternoon for personal exploration
- Dinner on your own (not included)
- Evening beach campfire and games (weather permitting)
- Return to hotel in Ucluelet
Day 3: Ucluelet to Victoria
- Bagged breakfast included
- Hike the scenic Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet
- Depart for Victoria
- Stop for lunch in Port Alberni (own expense)
- Visit Duncan – guided walking tour of First Nations’ totems in the City of Totems
- Return to Uplands Campus around 4:30 pm
We recommend bringing approximately $20 for lunches and $25 for dinners that are not included in the trip cost.
